Whether he's rocking out, crafting tight beats and new sounds, or putting the finishing touches on a mix, New York-based musician, composer, and producer Nick Rodriguez approaches his craft with passion and professionalism.
Nick was hooked on music at an early age, picking out tunes on his grandmother's piano before school. And although he still tickles the ivories, it wasn't until he traded some computer smarts for a battered old pawn shop guitar that the creative spark started a fire.
Today he counts himself as a multi-instrumentalist, having added bass guitar, ukulele, accordion, drums, and banjo to his repertoire. And although he's still a rocker at heart, his music often takes cues from modern electronica, pop, and hip-hop.
Nick has composerd music for Videohelper and many other production music libraries that has been featured in a BAFTA-winning short animation, as well as the main titles of MSNBC's "Kasie DC," Fox Sports "Rangers Insider," and the A&E Series "Don't Trust Andrew Mayne", as well as a variety of programs on networks like AMC, National Geographic, History Channel, Fuse, and MTV.
